We are responsible to the passenger for supplying the services and accommodations described in this website, except where such services can not be supplied or the itinerary used is changed due to delays or other causes of whatever kind of nature beyond the control of the operators. In such circumstances, the operators will do their best to supply comparable services, accommodations and itineraries and there shall be no refund in this connection.
Every effort is made to ensure website accuracy at the time of publishing however we can't be held for typographical errors, or errors from unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation policy
Our standard schedule of cancellation fees is as follows;
45 days + prior to departure: %25 of total cost
44 - 22 days prior to departure: %50 of total cost
21 days or less prior to departure: %100 of total cost
No Show
If you fail to check-in at your designated hotel as confirmed 100% No Show Fee will be charged.
